1 Sponsor and eligibility

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, BAM, their affiliates, advertising/promotion agencies and participating prize providers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and household members are ineligible. 2 Two drawings and entry periods

Travel Voucher Drawing: October 14, 2026, 12:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Luggage Drawing: October 14, 2026, 12:00 a.m.–October 15, 2026, 11:59:59 p.m. ET. All entries must be received within the applicable period. The entry form’s receipt timestamps control form entries; Instagram’s timestamps control comment entries. BAM will use ET consistently. One entry per person per drawing across all methods; multiple accounts or methods do not provide extra entries. Eligible people may enter both drawings and may win both prizes. Entries do not transfer between drawings.

3 Travel voucher entry

Activation method: During the Travel Voucher entry period, visit the Softlips activation at [580 Broadway, New York, NY 10012], create an original Instagram Story showing the activation, tag @softlips, and visibly include “My entry in the Softlips® Destinations™ Sweepstakes” and #SoftlipsSweepstakes. Place the disclosure directly on the Story in readable, contrasting text, unobscured by interface elements and visible long enough to read. No positive opinion or product claim is required. Show the live Story to BAM’s staff before it expires, then complete the entry form at the booth with your full name, email, state of residence, Instagram handle, age/eligibility confirmation and acceptance of these Rules. Staff must record verification before the entry period closes; private accounts can be verified in person. A Story or tag alone is not an entry. No passport stamps, product sampling, purchase or follow is required. The physical activation operates October 14, noon–4:00 p.m. ET. Free alternative: During the same Travel Voucher entry period, visit [www.softlipsdestinationsgiveaway.com], select Travel Voucher, and submit your full name, email, state of residence, age/eligibility confirmation and acceptance of these Rules. No visit, Story, Instagram account or purchase is required. This gives one entry into the same Travel Voucher drawing, with the same odds per entry as the activation method.

4 Luggage entry

Instagram method: During the Luggage entry period, locate the designated giveaway post at [ENTRY URL LIVE ON October 14th and provided on the day of the event] on @softlips and comment with the lips emoji, a flag for Indonesia, Japan, France or Spain, and #SoftlipsSweepstakes. If emojis are unavailable, “lips” plus one destination name (Bali, Osaka, Paris or Barcelona) is equivalent. No follow, like, friend tag, purchase or positive endorsement is required. Your comment must be visible to BAM through verification. Your country choice does not affect the luggage prize or odds. BAM may contact the potential winner by Instagram direct message; check message requests. Free alternative: During the same Luggage entry period, visit [www.softlipsdestinationsgiveaway.com], select Luggage, and submit your full name, email, state of residence, age/eligibility confirmation and acceptance of these Rules. No Instagram account, comment, attendance or purchase is required. This gives one entry into the same Luggage drawing, with the same odds per entry as the comment method. If you have already entered through Instagram, do not enter again through the form. The form will request your Instagram handle, if you have one, solely to help enforce the entry limit.

5 Entry conditions

No automated, bulk, fabricated or third-party entries. Only the first valid entry per person per drawing counts. BAM may verify account ownership and eligibility. Incomplete, late, fraudulent or otherwise noncompliant entries are ineligible; proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Original Story content must not infringe another person’s rights, depict unsafe/illegal conduct or contain unlawful material. Obtain permission from identifiable people featured; avoid featuring minors. Submitting a Story permits retention for verification, but does not grant advertising reuse rights; any such reuse requires separate permission. Marketing consent is optional, separately requested and has no effect on entry or odds.

6 Prizes and values

Travel Voucher Prize (1): One $4,200 voucher issued by [Vickie Friedman - Travel Advisor, Fora Travel, Inc.], for travel to the winner’s choice of Bali, Indonesia; Osaka, Japan; Paris, France; or Barcelona, Spain. Approximate retail value (ARV): $4,200. This is a fixed-value voucher, not a guaranteed fully paid trip or a promise of airfare, lodging or a companion’s expenses. The winner makes travel arrangements with the issuer/provider. Sponsor and BAM do not arrange a hosted trip. All expenses not paid by the voucher, including amounts above its value, required documents, insurance, meals and personal expenses, are the winner’s responsibility. Winner and any traveler must meet applicable passport, visa, entry and provider requirements. Availability and prices may vary; the voucher does not guarantee availability on a particular date. Sponsor remains responsible for delivering a valid voucher with the advertised value and redemption rights.

Luggage Prize (1): One [BEIS, Three Piece luggage set OR The Starter set and roller bag , 3 pieces in Beige] set. ARV: $[EXACT RETAIL VALUE, PLANNED $700–$789]. Total ARV of both prizes: $[4,200 PLUS EXACT LUGGAGE ARV; PLANNED $4,900–$4,989]. Sponsor pays standard delivery to the verified winner’s eligible U.S. address. BÉIS, if selected as the luggage brand, is not a sponsor or partner of this Promotion. No additional prizes are offered. Prizes are nontransferable and not redeemable for cash at the winner’s request. If a prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may provide an equivalent-value substitute consistent with applicable law and the advertised material terms. A substitute will not reduce the promised value. Winners pay applicable taxes and expenses not expressly included. BAM will request a W-9 securely when required and arrange applicable tax reporting and withholding; Social Security numbers are not required for entry. Tax obligations may apply even when no information return is required.

7 Selection and verification

On OCTOBER 19, 2026, BAM will conduct separate random drawings from all eligible entries in each prize pool. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries in that pool. The travel potential winner will be contacted by email; the luggage potential winner will be contacted by @softlips Instagram direct message or email, depending on entry method. Potential winners must respond within three calendar days of the first notification and return an eligibility declaration or affidavit, liability release and, where lawful, publicity release and required tax documentation within seven calendar days after those documents are sent. No fee or purchase is required to claim a prize. If a potential winner is ineligible, declines, cannot be contacted, fails to respond or return required documents on time, or submitted an invalid entry, BAM will select an alternate at random from the remaining eligible entries in that pool. BAM will continue reasonable alternate selection efforts to award each prize; any inability to award a prize is subject to applicable law. Prizes will be delivered within 30 days after verification, or sooner if required by law. Sponsor and BAM will maintain drawing, verification and delivery records.

8 Privacy and publicity

Entry and winner information will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, deliver prizes, comply with law and provide a limited winner list, consistent with https://softlips.com/policies/privacy-policy. Sponsor and BAM may share necessary information with service providers for these purposes. Marketing use requires separate optional consent. Except where prohibited, a verified winner’s signed release permits use of the winner’s name, city/state, prize and voluntarily supplied likeness or statements for Promotion publicity without additional payment for one year after award. Entering alone does not authorize advertising reuse of entrant content.

9 General conditions and liability

By entering, participants accept these Rules. BAM will apply them fairly and consistently and may disqualify proven tampering or material violations. If events beyond reasonable control compromise the Promotion, Sponsor may take lawful corrective action, including suspending affected entry methods and, where lawful, drawing from eligible unaffected entries. Material changes will be publicly announced at [www.softlipsdestinationsgiveaway.com] and may not unfairly disadvantage entrants or avoid awarding advertised prizes. Subject to applicable law, Sponsor and BAM are not responsible for transmission failures or third-party platform outages beyond their reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor, BAM, their affiliates and promotion service providers, and Instagram, from claims arising from participation or prize acceptance/use, except claims caused by a released party’s negligence, gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, failure to deliver the advertised prize, or other liability that cannot lawfully be waived. Statutory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. Entrants provide form information to Sponsor/BAM, not Instagram.

10 Disputes and winner list

These Rules are governed by New York State law, without depriving entrants of mandatory protections in their home jurisdiction. State and federal courts located in Kings County, New York (Brooklyn), will hear disputes except where applicable law requires otherwise.
